What do we offer you might ask?
A dedicated friendly alliance of players, mostly non-ruby buyers but some that do [cough cough, not me] with great banter, skill and a keen sense of irony, 390% support speed and 260% market barrow speed (top notch players like you cant wait around now can you? can you though? :P), over 4 1/2 years of stable commonsense alliance leadership by Pipplepepper (I hear that's a nickname from high school) and the Mighty art, as well as many other players who will aid each other on the quest to server domination - join us (or face our wrath :-I)
What we expect - Don't be a multiple account (only the real deal wanted here), don't be an absentee landlord (we have laws against that sort of thing) don't be that guy with defences spread across 3 flanks with like 2 rocks and a 12-0 cast (go join red dragons if that's your thing), don't be a troll and attack the bsk/cg/etc capital/metro (plague them if you really have to, we don't want it traced back to us), don't be a worse troll and send abusive messages or we will hound you out of every alliance on the server and burn you out of the game.
Do - be a reasonable distance from the alliance core (we are fairly flexible), participate in alliance chat (innuendo optional but encouraged), tell us b4 going off on holidays for 2 weeks to wherever you people go, play with an adequate level of skill in events, wars, empire building being open to advice and help), stay awesome.
