My brother has recently created a new account and has elected to take the hard route, creating a new alliance called Sparta.

He's looking for people who will be committed and be the core members, Deputies, War Marshall ect. to start with it will be mainly about slowly building up until they're able to challenge at the lower end of the leaderboards, but he has big aspirations on where he'd like to take it.

this way they know if they're suitable to apply.

Yes, it took a while and with the leaving of Steve, i didn't knew if i would be going on with this. 
But i decided afterall to come back and focus on moderating.

Good Luck starting the alliance, it sounds like you're really gonna be working hard to get it to where you want to, which is all that it takes
