It seems to me that at level 20 any attack on a castle regardless of fair play rules results in an automatic declaration of war. Anybody else finding this

It's a stupid setting that noobs like to put on their alliances.

They generally don't know about the setting, when you found an alliance it is automatically switched on and the noobs don't manage their alliance properly
