every ally i went to is inactiv, people dont answer back mssgs, even fr recruitment, i sent many mssgs to almost everyone, not single reply came back. people who answered were asking me to get permission from the players who r inactiv. how the hell am i supposed to do that?
i need activ ally whoch is in top 15-20 in power rankings, an ally which does storm, tourneys and atleast replies back

You can join Alphas. You need to NOT be in an alliance if you are requesting entry to another alliance. No one wants to take the time to message you not knowing when/if you will reply. I never reply to players who are in an alliance. Those who aren't in a alliance can be sent a request to join. Nobody wants to play messaging tag with you.
