Hello, my IGN is Raxtus, I am currently level 8, but I have played before so I know quite a bit about the game.  I am looking for a strong, active alliance to join. I am not to good when it comes to constant war, so neutral alliances are my preference. I am active and loyal, also looking to spin off and create my own alliance in league with whoever takes me in.
