Who We Are
We're a multi-gaming community in the making. Just another wanna-be? I hope not! We're currently mainly active in the game Wurm Online and are planning an expansion to Bannerlord when it comes out. In the meanwhile we have discovered the potential of Goodgame Empire and have thus decided to expand our community here.
In GGE we're a new alliance founded August 1st, 2017.
We're looking for players of any level who wish to remain active, take the game seriously and perhaps be part of a community that goes beyond just occasional chats and donations.

We are the main alliance here in Goodgame Empire of our multigaming community PSISPHERE. August 1st, 2017 we have decided to expand to this game, thus we are currently setting up the basics of our alliance.
We offer private and public forums, teamspeak, IRC, and activity in other games that can be combined with your membership here. Further more we offer giveaways, contests and other fun events.
We take the game seriously, even if we are currently small with a low level leader - the game will be played regularly and every possible effort will be made to help this alliance grow.
Regular activity and contributions are required, we are a community that tries to take things to the next level in any game, so we will be working towards that here as well.

We're still going!
We're 7 as of now, still taking great rankings in mostly every contest. A few great members have come to join us and we've increased the member limit to 19 as well as updated other upgrades further. Feels like we're starting to get somewhere

8 Members now, and the donation bonus as well as other bonuses have been increased. Alliance Smithy is level 5 now, and we're ranking well with the ongoing events.

Donation bonus should be the last thing you upgrade. Support travel speed and alliance member cap should be your top priorities, these are essential for your alliance to be able to compete with others.

I suggest increasing support travel speed first, donation really only helps when you are working on boosts and smithy, smithy isn't a good expense and boosts aren't super helpful in small alliances. The way I did it was always focused on support unless we were full, then expanded membership, then went back to support. Once support and membership are maxed, I would figure out the chances of war, then upgrade speed, unless you're in a fairly peaceful alliance then doing market speed is good.AJBlack (GB1) said:Current Update:

TL;DR
I would upgrade in this order:
Support Speed
Membership limit
Once those are maxed:
Attack travel speed in wars or Market barrows (depending on how peaceful you are)
Donation bonus
Loot in wars.
Also be attentive to those given leadership positions, you don't want to give the wrong person a leadership position and them declare war on random alliances or throw people out for no reason.

Hi AJ, Would you and yours disband and join the Blood Bandits ? Terminator6, the war marshall there, is the guy to contact. It ain't easy forming a successful alliance from scratch. Blood Bandits alliance features are all max'd.

Don't upgrade the smithy. Its useless except for the daily quest thing. You'll get your equip for hitting nomads/sams and by upgrading the smithy, you're just increasing the amount of gold you have to spend daily for the 100 rubies.

Ha ha give up - alliances are dying - with 24 actives we are in top m50 of most events and are at level 50 with most things maxxed in alliance - new alliances will be ok until someone upsets the wrong person - trying for rv's usually is the cause
