We are looking to establish a wing. Ideally in a fully featured (max'd out) under subscribed alliance that we can take over the management of.  If you lead such an alliance, yet struggle to find players/members to help fill it, and would be willing to let Bandits takeover the  management of it please contact me in game.  Yours, Ceramika. xxx's.

No one will give away a max'd out alliance just like that, you clearly don't know the worth of those things.
