What your aims/objectives in the game are. 

You should consider PM'ing people and opening a dialogue to recruit, or using PM's to bring in more leadership from bigger alliances lower ranks

Bandit Hawks are no longer in the Bandits family/network. We are now Black Hawks once again and will have our own dedicated thread.
