Topic: [346662] Royal Guardsmen - Ranks open

[-346662] Ryan988 (US1) [None] :: Jan. 17, 2018, 2:54 a.m.
Would you like to join the Royal Guardsmen? Well, now you can! Rankings of sergeant general and recruiter and deputy now open! Please, when you reply say @Ryan988 (US1)I would like (Rank) my username is (Username) that's all you have to put and you can get hired!

[4900486] Turtle24 (US1) [US1] :: Jan. 17, 2018, 2:56 a.m.

You say hired... so what's the hourly wage?

And I think I'll actually be helpful here... it's not a good idea to automatically promote new players to high ranks. If you don't know/trust them you have no idea what decisions they'll make and whether they can handle the position well.

@Turtle24 (US1)

No one will join unless I give them a rank it's just me all alone in my alliance.

So many beginners make the mistake of trying to start their own alliance. If you want to advance in the game, join an alliance with players who are more experienced than you. Try to find an alliance in the top 150 or so (that's probably around what you'll manage to get into at your level) and learn from other members there.

You're not going to be able to make a thriving alliance without a. being an experienced player and b. having numerous connections and relationships with other players in the game that you can use to get people to join our help with the alliance's founding.

Trust me, it would take much less time for you to join a bigger alliance and work your way up the ranks to a leadership position than it would for you to try to start your own alliance right now.

But, if you still decide to stick in your alliance, that's your choice. Good luck!

But you don't have those connections that Icicle mentioned. And I believe that  they're necesary.

Also, for the ammount of questions you have made (Don't take me wrong, it's ok to ask as much questions as you need) you aren't an experienced player either. That isn't bad, no one is born with knowledge, only that if you start your alliance right now it's very hard that it would work.

I'd recommend the same that Icicle, join an alliance where you can learn more about the game, and while you're there try to get friends, and/or get a rank. There are lots of alliances that even encourage you to open your own alliance after a while, like an alliance where I were some time ago in the second spanish server, they told me that it was my decision to keep on as a general or open my own alliance, and that they would help in both cases.

Still, it's totally up to you to decide what you want to do.

Regards, and good luck with the recruiting.

You don't need those things to make an alliance, but they help.

If you're okay trying to build while everyone else is farming you, go for making your own alliance.

It's going to take you exponentially longer to do simple tasks, because of the harassment from other players, and lack of alliance members until you start getting higher up in might and that's when everyone will suddenly jump on you like hawks to recruit you.

Your signature says level 29, I wouldn't recommend making an alliance until you're level 70 with at least 500k might, as those are the players everyone wants to recruit and you're less likely to be hit because of that - until you say no, at least. Then everyone's going to hit you. But you do you, feel free to not listen to me. In the end it's your game and how you choose to play it.

Also, moved to proper section.

@BM_Friedrich How do I even get 300K might? I saw someone with 300K might at level 30, how in the world I'm barely 20K and I'm level 29!

Well you're not gonna get that, at level 30. The players at the top in the low level bracket are experienced players, buyers, or people with good mentors from day one. The way you'll get to rank one in PP at low levels is to either get ops loaded with decor, or do the underworld, blade, etc the worlds that don't give exp when you hit. Farm those get deco's and add em to the lot. Plus you'll need to save up and try to win some equipment. from the monthly.

You wanna boost your might quick? Recruit some troops and farm the hell out of sams, it's easy at your level. Not 100% sure if it is still the same, but at level 30 I sent untooled hits(that reminds me, build AS MANY mantlets as you can. If you stick with this game it'll help future you a lot.) at sams and saved up for a sami cast. It's a really good starter cast and a beast with high level courtyard gems.

As someone who did the whole slow leveling thing, it gets really boring. The rank one in your category was level 13 when I started. I'm LL202.

Also, the player who had 300k might at level 30, prolly bought a ton of troops. It's a short term PP boost.
