I waNt to start up an really powerful ally that could take over the empire kingdom.Can anyone suggest some tips?

I suggest you join alliance that is already built up. Building one from nothing is not easy.
I don't know how long you have played but playing and growing in built up active alliance is better for you. Once you are stronger with enough game knowledge and friends you can try building your own alliance.

If you want to take the risk of starting an alliance from nothing you will need to be a sub of an alliance, they will bring you members for nothing. Then after the alliance you're a sub of goes to war and eventually loses you can just be an individual alliance. Many alliances on International 1 did it when the HB vs Titans war was on and some are now top 10 alliances.
For confusion purposes, there are other servers, and a sub is an alliance which is looked after by a bigger alliance.
But I do recommend finding friends and grow with them before making your own alliance.

You don't need to be a sub. You need to be smart.
Don't screw with people bigger than you.
Make friends with the bigs around you, send them food.
I got connections to TUF Titans just by sending food to a sarge in Ice. Now they let me join now and then for rewards, and I am not near the entry requirements. I have friends in StrikeForce because I sent a general resources.
Make Friends, Not Enemies.
Also having friends in the real world that will play also helps kick start your alliance.
You want Friends and a Core starting group. That is what you need to be successful.
I have an alliance that now leads an alliance family and I take trips to big alliances. I got friends in the big boys like TUF Titans, The Black Flag, REBIRTH and others.

join an alliance that is strong i dont know what lvl you are but when you get stronger and have more knowledge of the game you might be able to take some members with you to yours to help you so your not alone.
when me and ultimate sheep started his alliance we were friends from the brothers and he asked me and a few others to join him to help him become stronger
