At some time on Monday morning simplex disappeared putting 53 members out in the cold. As a former deputy i have received many messages of both support and accusations. It was natural to assume that someone has gone rogue within a pass sharing group. It was disappointing to have this put to me but understandable, however simplex always prided itself on playing within the rules and this included no multi accounts or pass sharing. We have regrouped as best we can in Snh Force who kindly allowed us to do so.
36 hours on we have established through contact with GGE and this forum that the alliance vanished too quickly to be a hack of any of the members and for the record no members lost any tools troops ops or equipment that you would associated with a malicious attack.
Best guess is a cleaner pulled a plug out by mistake at their end but who knows - investigations continue.
I hope we will have Simplex Vivet back up and running by the weekend and restored to its alliance level.

We'll have to make sure those players get their just desserts for their awful regard for other players. Put a ticket in to support as well; as if we were in the team; I highly doubt we'd have been hit. I've sent them a full list of tools and troops that were wiped, and will keep my fingers crossed (but not hold my breath) lol

Further to VV's message, I'd also like to thank all those that have sent messages of support and sympathy; it is greatly appreciated to see there are players out there that can play with respect despite any rumours that may be circulating (regardless of proof).
We eagerly await the results of GGE's investigation, and look forward not only to be restored to our former glory (ha... See what I did there?) but also to find out more information on who or how this has happened.

Sorry to hear what's happened to you guys. Must have been quite a nasty surprise for all of you, more so perhaps those offline at the time who logged on to find themselves in the cold, and some with a few troops missing to boot.

Can't imagine what's going through your heads and wish you guys the best. It does show that UK1 server is united though apart from the few numpties who like to chance.

Just want to send my support to you guys.  Know a few of you from your Outlaws days, and one from when I started playing again three years ago.

Hope you get it sorted and everything is restored to its former state.

Support from us is available we have space if people need a home while you rebuild - having R/L issues at present so am not as active as normal but officers usually about

Simplex restored.
We have Simplex Vivet recreated by the GGE support team in all aspects bar glory - which they cannot add.
We start at level 1 but we have all 65 spaces back as well as full upgrades restored and all resources.
Level 50 will be easily attained in the next invasion event or by Jaxsta's pvp - whichever comes first.
All the members at the time of the wipe out are more than welcome to return and GGE have said all those members will be given a compensation package in the near future - we will see.
There have been a few PVP hits in both directions during this time - players have troops to use up or starve - fair enough.

fujiwara and the team for the forum investigation - our fair play reputation was on the line.
Zi of Goodgame Studios for restoring us so quickly.
All the messages of support.
The DNAs and the offer of DNAs from many GB1 alliances.
SNH Force for allowing us the chance to stay together while the mystery was solved and simplex restored.

Baleraphon has been given assurances that this cannot happen again - the details are unavailable to us due to game privacy policy restrictions so we have to accept that in good faith.

A tough few days but we are back.
