Tsukuyomi led by ローレン and DefiantApple in the US1 server are looking for new, active members!! While it is a newer alliance, the two leaders have played this game for a long time several years ago and are just now getting back in the game. Why join one of the leading alliances when you can work on establishing this alliance yourself?
The two leaders are super active and the alliance is not part of any of the server wars. They also take part a lot in the events that go on! They are looking for active players!
