Probably useless to post on these Alliance introductions and Searches, but I will give it a shot.
Hello to all who look at this I am Yona, and I offering you a chance to join TFT. We are an alliance that believes in playing both aspects of the game, without the drama or politics. With regards to PvP, I will say this, we don't snipe ops, we don't shorthorn, or hit vulnerable castles. War is different of course. We look for targets around our levels when choosing them. I believe if PvP is conducted with respect, and sportsmanship it can be fun. Lets get this straight for the eventers, I don't believe one PvP hit doesn't start a war, or server war, and neither does it ruin peoples progress with growing. If anything it helps you.
In regards to negotiating a rank upon joining, message me privately.
We don't do alts in here, and every member in leadership has a role that they do. Treasure's take loot, recruiters obviously recruit, diplomats keep track of our dnh's and pacts, as well as help with peace talks. Even generals help us out, monitoring chat making sure arguments and such don't get out of hand, sometimes they randomly spy players to make sure they have their standard offline setups up. Deputies are my right hand men or women and help me out with everything. Generally they help me handle diplomacy or complaints, but they also help moderate the alliance growth, and help me make the ultimate decisions that I believe will help the alliance. I am sure there are more tasks to be handled but those are the main ones.
We are not going to have half the alliance occupy rank, and for no reason. You can see the above, and there is no reason to give deputy to a normal member. (Sorry Crazy Ones, no I will not give deputy to a one million might player just cause I want them to stay in the alliance. And no I do not need "24 hour" coverage, we have night players that can get most of leadership online if necessary, and I am sure that people can wait a few hours for responses.)
One thing I pride myself on is the alliance voice. You don't need to be a deputy to influence the decisions of things here. Any member can give advice, or comment their problems with the way things are run and what they would rather see from us. All our members know whats going on at all times, so if there is a war, they know why, if there is an issue with somebody and why they can't join us, they know why and are updated.
Speaking of staying updated we do have a discord server, for alliance members and for vips/friends lol. Basically we have a leadership meeting once a week or generally anytime we need to address something as soon as possible.
We are in transition of training our members in PvP, and everyone learns something new every day including me. Lol, just the other day I basically realized anybody could take center on 5 wave hits if they have around 600 on the wall. So its a learning process for everyone including me...unless your like PvP mastered. ( Comment if your PvP certified!! )
Ultimately, I believe there is a spot for PvP even for free to play players. You can still be a defensive player, or save your horrors for small targets or something. Even in war, you need players who help play events and help defend. Its all about finding your spot in it in my opinion.
We try to mass alliances around once a month. Most of the time we don't go in with declaration so we just send hits at main castles and outers only, and then just hope for the best lol. If they declare we start hitting ops and all. We generally don't capture anything. If we want to end the war and they won't accept our proposal of peace for whatever reason, we generally will give rvs out after a week, and then ops are free game. We encourage private rvs so most of us don't have space for those foods.
With events we do coordinated boosts, and pushes. Otherwise we casually play events, hit outer towers, basically constantly try to level up our castles. We all have our individual priorities for growth.
Decisions here are ultimately made by me, but we normally share ideas, and stuff in voice chats, and discord leadership meetings often so nothing goes without being discussed.
If you like what you see here, give me a shout, preferably in game, and lets further discuss a possible merge.
Upon Joining TFT you will be required to fill out a short survey which essentially lets us know where your at in the game, such questions include, "Are you adept at PvP, or are you in the learning process,", "Would you boost in coordinated events?" Basic questions like that, and obviously if not clear already you do not have to spend in the game to play here.
TFT Requirements: This is something we recently came up with, but its constantly being edited, and added upon.

I'd leave names of other alliances out of my recruitment letter.
Problem with mergers these days is there is no new blood, everybody thinks they know everybody else or at least how they play by who they hang out with, and those not taken in a merger feel jettisoned/abandoned by those in the new merged alliance.
Wish you luck.

Thanks, reason I did put them in is just cause they seem to have attitude with every conversation.

LOL. I've never experienced that with them, but I can see it happening.
