I need to do this for daily task.

You need to be lvl20, or to have bought rubies.  Your alliance should have been able to tell you that no matter how small it is.

You can do that by producing a slot of tools, recruiting units, healing units, repairing a building, and upgrading or construction a building. But like bernhardt said you need to be a certain level.

I learned recently that you can produce tools,etc and press 20% faster for alliance.

Yes you do but X amount have to click help. If your alliance is not active, it's pointless.
