How do you gain population for outpost?

You can build dwellings in your outposts. Constructing these will increase the population.

I would ask a more experienced player in your alliance the same question. I for one do not agree with no dwellings or townhouse in your main or outposts. there are several reasons to have them.

Sure. There are some who use them for the Militia and the "Units Lost" Build Items that can be placed on them. Guess it depends on how often you get attacked and how much coin you need...…….

that means you better can tell the possibilities, pro and con and let the player decide what he wants and not only tell him the way you play it.
10 dwellings is not smart and after you have finished the quest and if you want to use the build items and want to spend the rubies you build 3 townhouse max and keep them at low level and demolish the dwellings
