I clicked all time skips and bought the 29.99  at a 150% ruby bonus and only got 30k rubies. what gives.  please look it up and tell me what the heck is going on.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in to see if they were added? I had this happen once and when I logged out and logged back in, they were added.

was able to get ahold of support and the problem was fix. I was worried, but they saw the problem and fixed it, I have never had a problem before in this game. and was nervous that I would not know how to contact them or do it right. but all worked out and I am very thankful.
