I'm new but i figured what the hell lets start an alliance. Not trying to be super aggressive yet and anyone who isn't a sociopath i welcome ^^ join up ya'll experince is appreciated cuz i could use some advisors

That I consider to be the wrong approach. You should have joined another alliance first, till you learn the game a bit and then part and create your own.
