Thank you for your interest in having a pact with my alliance. However, we currently are not looking for a naa or a pact.

However when we are we will notify you our decision.

I want to ask,when i try to open this alliance website the tittle write "Error" but everything is okay they put all about this alliance do this thing regular or i getting bug?

It says error because there are sensitive things on the website. I disabled the website to guess. You need to register and it'll will require an email validation and my approval before you will have access to the site.

I only accept registration to members though.

No not that the problem That 'Error' Just tittle everyhing else runing okay they put about this alliance and everything

Everything is fine on my end, same with my members and allied members. It might be your computer, but I don't think its anything to worry about. As long as the registered members can see the contents then everything is fine.
