Hey, guys, you may remember me as the Leader of the Dragon Allies or the guy who started a story some time ago. Well, I'm back, saying that, if anybody in International 1 wants to join the Officers United, feel free to do so. By the way, the Officers United is NOT an individual alliance, but an organisation of alliances, with the Dragon Allies at it's head. But, if in International 2, contact King Avalon 2.
