hello all potentuial new recruits,
i need to recruit some new members for my allience (tri force). here are the descriptions: (must compleate all to Qualify)
1.You must have at least 200 honor and/OR have connections,
2. MUST be active
3. must be level 10+
4.must contribute to the allience with recources gold and rubies when and if you can
5.you contact one of our allience leaders at peter poe poe, jjjax, or conner con con (preferbly conner con con- only use peter or jjjjax if you cant find me) and i tell you how much your entry fee is. (dont worry it will be small)
6. must at least be CLOSE to level 2 in glory points (withen 75 points) or above.
7.must be content with being a sergent or lower.
8.be prepared to support any members of our allience if need be or gor to war if necceserry (we fight a lot)
it may seem like a lot but we are a top-100 allience and are very strict with our members.

that IS quite a few requirements....you should try cut down, by saying something like 'Contribute and donate to the alliance'. If the player actually wants to help, he will donate a LOT more than just 1000 resources and 200 coins. if he doesn't you won't find him all that helpful in a war and not a very good ally.
in addition, just saying, but a top-300 isn't impressive, especially in a new world (USA 1). try aim for top 100.
also, requirement 9 is pretty pointless....10 troops only?!?!

sorry, but i will say this a million times if i have to, i just post what my allience leader tlls me to but i will try to be back on soon and cut down on requirements also we started like 5 days ago!

yes you should look into suggesting better ideas to your leader, or get your leader to post his own stuff, everyone has a forum account if in the game so why not?
