I'm truly sorry, but we need members that either are near us or have rubies to donate. You should try one of the alliances we are allied to. I think they'll be a better fit.

how can i contact either of there leaders and/or there commanders

1) Type their alliance name in the ranking search (the orange, green, red, bar icon).
2) Click on the alliance you wanna join.
3) Go to the members section.
4) Select the leader/general's name.
5) Use the envelope icon to personal message them.
6) Request to join - politely

They'll probably monitor you before letting you join (good alliances usually do so), so make sure you are active and improve quickly!

Jamie, you can either create your own alliance, or build up slowly and then send a request when you are higher level (lets say 20+).

If you're desperate for an alliance now, then just lower your standards and join a weaker or new alliance. (btw, select the 'looking for an alliance' option and ppl may invite you)
