or maybe you could rethink your philosphy. You shouldn't really make alliance members send rubies. It isn't that reasonable. If you want them to donate teach them how to farm and simply request that they donate some once they get a steady stream of rubies. After all by then they will kind of owe you for the rubies you taught them to get.
