We are recruting New memebers
Requirements are:
MUST be lvl 40+
Honor must be more than 800 or if a player is a ruby payer then honour is not needed
Preferably 3 well upgradged Outposts(food mostly prefered)
AND must be active, loyal and obedient to Leader, Generals.
AND obviously you have to be in Inter 1.
