Just out of interest; what is the point in having 4 divisions of an alliance with 1 or 2 members in each division? This only makes communication more difficult. Expanding is for when you already have a large alliance and seems you wouldn't even have a good alliance if you combined all your divisions.

Your posts here and description on your website misrepresent your alliance in my opinion: "Our organization is a massive alliance family at Goodgame Empire which has many members." You have 12, what happened to the many that join you every hour? I know I might sound mean but I think you would be able to attract many more players if you were more honest about your alliance. Otherwise you will only attract noobs who don't fully understand the game yet (I would have believed you when I was less than level 10 for example, as back then your main alliance did seem big).

Exactly, just like the Officers United will accept anyone that is at least level 5-10 (exceptions can be made), but we prefer higher level players and alliances because they have more experience with the game and battle, are more likely to make good decisions, and they represent the OU best because when people join the OU, high level players and alliances appeal to them because there is more better protection that way. But again, the OU does allow certain low level players to join.

Same here. I have made a few exceptions, like how our limit was level 18, but I let some level 16's in to the Dragon Allies.

We have both Low and high we have a few how are level 9-15 about 3-4 then a few how are level 40-49(about 3-4) we also have like 5-6 players how are arond level25-35 so we have a balance we have a few low members how we take care of so eventuley they will become strong and a number of big level players how manage the alliance
