1) You should be level 22 or honor 300
2) You should donate to the allience funds

GUIDE:Millary Guide of Wild Bunch2II
1) Your allience should have a limit of no more than 5 members
2) Your allience shuld have atleat two members

the guide is a military guide in which i can only help your army but it has many members while in the allience i can help you econemy meaning resources and army
