If you level up to level 35, and get around 800 honor, you can join :P

I pretty much made Hounds of Hell what it is today.When I joined there was only me and someone else.I got us more members and convinced some ruby players to join.(sniffle)it makes me so proud.Yea,and now that my account got deleted,im at step 1 AGAIN.

I don't want to apply, but Oh man, whats up with recruiting these days no one has applied to this and a couple weeks ago I opened a thread like this for my alliance and no applications... I guess no one is really looking for an alliance. P.S I'll message you a great way to recruit members.

hello I am a ruby buyer level 28 in the game. my honor right now is low around 500 because I am being atatcked by some high level s and I lowered m honor so they do not attcak me. but I usaly ahve around 1,000 honor. I would join your allaince but I ahve my own allaince I am the leader of ARTofWAR. we are a small 13 memeber allaince but it is growing.
