Not in my opinion, no. A level 28 would be crushed in the current war and, as I said earlier, we generally look for lv40+ members and have enough divisions already. However it would be up to the STEEL leadership to decide.

Also seems things have changed a lot in the last couple of days; we are now at war with a coalition of Bad Boys, Hells Warriors and Musketiere (as Andrea50 mentioned). Happy days...
