One of the generals on my alliance has been asked 3 times by your alliance to join them and he has refused the request 3 times. He must be happy with the alliance then, why continue to ask?

Sounds like something you can resolve directly with the player who contacted your general, instead of being grumpy on the forums.

Hello we are wondering if our alliance,the dragons, can become a sub alliance. We could house members under level 20 and then transfer them to a higher levelled alliance. I speak for my leader and all his members. We are not quite developed yet but as soon as we reach level 25 we will donate rubies to you. I looked at your website and we almost have the same rules.
