you can not seriously expect your members to be on 7+ hours a day. I mean i'm usually on 2 or 3 but seven really? some of us have lives you know...
Also, please stop bumping your own thread over and over with nobody commenting in between. And I would suggest that you seriously lower your standards, you can be asking for mostly ruby players and obscene amounts of activity when you're 40 member alliance, but you yourself are only level 32 and you have 7 members. You should take any members you can get (the 15+ is understandable but forget the rest)
Also, please stop bumping your own thread over and over with nobody commenting in between.
