W.O.A wants peace:D but eninja said that was dumb X( and said that we suck so me and my friends wants him to stop but he will not stop he hack some of my plas accounts

How is he bullying you? Is he attacking you? It doesn't appear that way because he has zero honor. And he is in flames. You said he is hacking your accounts.
Change your passwords to a strong password. Such as numbers and letters at random. Make sure you can remember it too. And if you have enough evidence to prove that he is hacking your accounts, report him directly to support.

your post makes no sense. To me I think there is more to this story than what is being told. If you attacked him 50 times and he was active, your the one being the bully so to speak. He is defending himself from you and your alliance.
