My name is Psycho and I am the leader of Reign in Blood alliance. We are currently looking for members to help us grow strong ( preferably ruby buyers ). We are located on the northern boarder about the middle. You will be required to move closer to us. With us being on the northern edge there are plenty of great outposts for the taking. We are slowly growing but just don't have enough members that can afford to buy rubies however we all donate resources and get glory. We are a level 4 alliance soon to be a level 5. we currently have 20 members with a max of 25. I do my best to make the alliance as friendly as possible and we do not BULLY players. if you are interested in helping us become the best please contact me.
