How high is this fee?

You need a proper fee scale eg:

10 rubies - send a slightly sarcastic message
100 rubies - spread unpleasant message about their castle latrines
1000 rubies - accuse them of "doing things" to dinosaurs
10,000 rubies - all out war
100,000 rubies - kidnap the leader and get dinosaurs to "do things" to him/her
1 million rubies (to your Swiss account) - liquidate the leader

PS - do you have lots of plastic models of dinos?

The fee varies depending on who you want us to attack, what level they are, how far away they are, what alliance they are in, and how many times you want us to attack them. Are you interested?

A proper fee scale would not work because the people we attack can be much different in levels. And yes, I do have models of dinosaurs.

Can you put scale on like:
Level 1 alliance: 100 rubies
Level 2 alliance: 200 rubies
Level 3 alliance: 300 rubies
Level 4 alliance: 400 rubies
Level 5 alliance: 500 rubies
...
Level 25 alliance: 2500 rubies

That is a good idea but what about alliances with 25 members that are level 1, or alliances that are level 4 with only 5 members who are level 65?

Nice way to get rubies, but I doubt you will actually attack the guys.
First off I wonder what troops you send, Archers? Macemen? The Prince?
Second I believe this is a part time scam where you try to get as many rubies as possible then 'run off' and hide behind GGS's statement that

you should be mindful that once you donate you cannot get it back

That is why you pay half the rubies before we attack and the last half after we attack. That way no one can get ripped off.

My alliance would not succeed. That is why I said that we do below level 30s average of the alliance.
