well say a big alliance comes along the can teach us ways we don't know give us the facility's (rubies coins etc) then when we r bigger we will repay them by helping them in war etc.

First state how many rubies you are looking for. If it's more than 100, I doubt many players will want to join, unless your alliance is very good.
