Economy-->managment--> relocate main castle.

Economy: bottom left screen should be a box
Managment: should be a kings chair (top one)
Relocate main Castle: castle with a red X

when i move my castle to another place how much i have to pay?
and Castles of noble robbers i have to start from lvl 1 again?

The first move is free of charge. If you want to move a 2nd time or more its 5,000 rubies. Your RB's would stays the same level but will be farther away to attack them.
