I'm calling this alliance The Shield. Looking for people at similar levels especially, but anyone is welcome. I would also be OK with having some sort of agreement with a larger alliance to work with them. I'm pretty poor but I do buy rubies when I can

I finally got something going, I have 5 members now, 2 of them are in the 20s like me

I wish it was a little less resource intensive to keep adding members though, I'm not really going to have much access to rubies for a while

Looks like you're on a different server. The wall is under Construction-Battlements.
