hey if u are in server international 1 then u can come join my alliance it doesn't matter what level u are u can join. We accept low levels to help them and when they decide to leave we give them resources and then they can leave. We are starting up a trade thing that we trade between our alliance and our alliances we have a pact with and non aggressive pacts with. We are lookin forward to hearing from any off u that want to join.
