Is it possible to merge two alliances?
If so how do you go about it and will resources, rubies, etc be merged?

No it is not possible to merge alliances.

Not in game terms anyway, but you can theoretically merge them by just moving all your members into the other alliance. But you will lose all the resources you have donated.

yes u can u just have to request a pact to the other alliance

you can.. just move most members over and leave someone there and keep it as a sub to the one you merge with.
