I have an idea for world map. When you conquer and outposts It comes under your control, however when you or anyone else clicks on your castle it only shows a line leading from the main castle to the other outpost(s).
My idea is that on the word map each castle, outpost, robber baron castle/fortress etc... has a certain amount of land owned around it. and when each outpost is conquered, the person owns all the territory around it, kind of like a province.

I certainly agree that this would be an interesting addition to the game there are many problems and things that need to be worked out. First of all there is a considerable difference in levels in this game, so how would you incorporate that. Also robber barons are attacked time and time again and become stronger with each attack, or series of attacks, so how would they get stronger when there territory has been taken away or at what point can you take their territory away. Also everyone has there own robber barons so how would that even work. Its a nice idea but it would be far too complex for them to initiate, at least with regards to robber barons and I cannot see them adding territory to everones castles. Next suggestion.....

Well, the robber barons are bandits, so why would they own any territory outside of their fortress walls.
