If you want to get into a beginner alliance, all you have to do is get your honor up. If it is really high, alliances will be requesting you!

He is in the WWW 2 server razer a different server to you so he can't join your alliance look for people in au 1 to join your alliance ( you are in au 1 it came up on your i need members post)
