Guys do rbcs go back to level 1 if we respawn after a time period?

And if they are just relocated, can they be relocated back by asking fro support?

If your account gets lost and removed from the map, all kingdom NPC levels will reset forever. And no support cannot get them back. The RBCs on each server are all in a set location. However you can ask support (if it ever works again) to reset yours and they will. May have to give coordinates depending on what you're wanting.

If you have met the max limit of rbcs to hit, then the ones over the limit will reset back to 1 after the fires are put out.
