yep, in the end there will be family's left with war machine you can ever dream of ... By have so much targets you learn how to play the game and how to attack and win (or sometimes loss). Well, you also learn how to attack with a lot of people.
We will see how this war end. KK left Steel? So the Hell Boys alliance have got 2 capitals! Nice!

well there really wont be a clear winner in this war (although the scales of victory seem to have tipped over to the HW Coalition) becuase already both sides have lost alot in this war, even if HW Coalition wins it or not both sides would be weakened
Furhtermore i dont think STEEL or the HW Coalition will be destroyed in this war... im sure both sides would agree to a truce eventually but the question is how long would it take?
