I know a few of these, through either having them or discussing them with my alliance, Epicness.

I thought a thread showing the max stats would be helpful - it will help us all know what's possible and what to aim for.

Commanders
Range - 90%
Melee - 90%
Wall - 120%
Gate - 120%
Speed - 80%
Moat
Reduce Travel Costs
More Plunder
Find better items
Army is detected later
Building destroyer
Honour
Glory

Castellans
Melee - 90%
Wall - 120%
Gate - 120%
Travel speed during conquest
Occupation time during conquest
Moat
Less Plunder
Find better items
Army is detected sooner
Less fires
Glory

The ones I don't know, I've left blank. If you give the ones you know, it'd be handy to have them all in one place.
