i have received an email that a treasure of 375 rubies has been found in my castle but when i clicked 'receive it' my goodgame empire account opened but i could not get any rubies!! ;(;(;(;(;(;(;( :S:S

You need to ask the game to send you an email, then you can collect it via the email the game sends you.

ya it came in my email i clicked on 'collect' i did not receive any rubies;(;(;(;( :S:(

Unfortunatly we cannot resolve this issue for you here on the forum. I would contact support by going to this link: http://support.goodgamestudios.com/

They will be able to return or credit any rubies that you are owed by the game. Please detail your situation to them clearly so they can quickly fix your issue.
