What steps should you take, or can you take, when a large alliance is bullying a smaller one. For example, a player is recruiting low level attacks but keeps pounding on multiple players knowing that we cannot retaliate against such a large alliance. The attacks come everyday, between 3-4 per day, so you cannot recruit troops to defend yourself. Is there protocol or a way to flag these users as bullys so that other players can enjoy the game.

Hi,
There is nothing that you can do with 'bullies' in the game. You can attack them back, or request help from another alliance etc. It is a war game, and unfortunately some big alliances like to 'bully' people, knowing they cannot fight back.
You can go into protection so they cannot attack you (using rubies), or you can move your main castle so it is just too much effort/time to attack you. Obviously your ops will remain here they are so that could be an issue.
Have you tried the diplomatic approach of contacting the alliance to see why you are been constantly attacked? That can usually ort out any debates.

I have talked to the alliance leader, who told me that if I had a problem, to go speak with someone from Goodgame Empire and complain and basically to "suck it up". The problem obviously is that I cannot do some of the requested missions because it happens to frequently that I cannot create the troops and I will not be willing to spend money on rubies. I have spent at least $200 on all of my accounts, but will not do this to make bullying stop. The leader believes that this type of behaviour is okay which I believe is a crock. The alliance that is fighting with us is made up of level 70 - 20 and my alliance is virtually 10 members under 30 (most of which are under 20). Its frustrating and making the game extremely unenjoyable.
