Yes there is a simple solution for this issue. All you/we need to do is use a different image host for the pictures, after that its just a matter of using the image address (URL) of the new host and edit your first post.

The Sands of the End Time looks like this:





The Cowbell of Confusion
It is same as the Sands of the End time, this look equipment ( used for commanders) makes your troops look like cows. It remains for 24 hours. One can get this equipment by being in the Top 3 of the Tournament and by defeating the Demon Fortress in the Spy’s Camp.

The Stone Shifter
This look equipment (used for castellans) makes your Castle Glow in the 'Underworld Radiance'. Found in the Underground event, this equipment lasts for 14 days. One can get this by paying 950 runestones in the Underground.

Sundial of The Just
This equipment is part of the Executioner Set. This look equipment defies the traditional definition and gives a variety of advantages as it is(if added gems can be more powerful), which is shown in the picture below -
To own it, one must spend over 199k rubies. This equipment has a time period of 14 days.





Horn of Splendour
This look, similar to the piece above, except for the Armour of the Radiant. It again gives you a variety of advantages.
It gives +5% more troops on the wall when used with the set.

The picture shows the reward after beating the cows' castle on 1st April 2014.
It's all I was able to dig up. I didn't find a picture of its effect.
