I understand that the Blade Coast event isn't necessarily difficult. Nevertheless, I don't see any profit in it.
For all the coins it takes to do it, including--but not limited to--coins for transporting tools, I don't think the prizes look very appealing (?).
Am I missing something?
Thank you.

The equipment. The Kingsguards you can acquire.
All quite appealing to me.

Hmm...the event tent, that's outside my castle, makes no mention of Kingsguard troops.
Even if it did, I believe it's way easier to get traveling knights and traveling crossbowmen, in various ways. Those traveling-types are superior to Kingsguard troops, are they not?
Furthermore, the renegade swashbucklers and renegade sail rippers are too weak for the amount of food they eat, wouldn't you say? Compare them to veteran marauders, for example--and veteran marauders are also way easier to get.
The equipment's fine, yeah, but not exactly outstanding I think? All things considered.

if your lv is high enough, the equip is not what you would looking for, but the blade coast its still profitable as if you are like me in the middle, combining the equip from BC and TK, that would provide a strong commander that has almost 70% ranged and 50% up melee bonus among other bonuses without upgrade. and the king'sguard, after the event, you will be able gain around 150 or more depends on how you use it. that is good enough i guess. and the deco, the best you can purchase from the event has 195 po in which only in the size of a park which you can put in anywhere you want, main or op or even other kingdoms. and above all all, resource and coin is sufficient enough to finish the event, why not play it? haha

You get them from quests in the event.
The deco(s) are the main incentives for me. 198 PO is great - unless you buy seriously large amounts of rubies, the best you can get is 130 PO (outside of the Colossus).

It's my 3rd time doing it, so I like it enough. I use vets and pyros to attack and take the kingsguards home. They are given in the event when you finish certain quests.
I don't find that it's much of a hardship to do, so why not.

Yeah, I got plenty of resources and can get coins quite fast. The PO and equipment is a nice bonus for the talismans and pearls. No reason not to participate except laziness.
