I will give tips for everyone which don't know percentage of effeciviness increasement and total effeciveness of farmhouses on a castle using flour mill and bakery:
Using only flour mill will only increase effectiviness of farmhouses up to 130% (Total effeciveness: ((100%+(10% x level of flour mill))/100%) x 100%)
Using only bakery will only increase effectiveness of farmhouses up to 166.67% (Total effectiveness: (100%/(100%-(10% x level of bakery))) x 100%)
Using both flour mill and bakery will increase effectiviness of farmhouses up to 216.67% (Total effeciveness: (((100%+(10% x level of flour mill))/(100%-(10% x level of bakery))) x 100%):thumbsup:

In other words just get both of them and level them up as much as possible

Bakery does not increase effectiveness of farms. It reduces consumption, a far more powerful feature.

there are no build items fro the primary slot of the flour mill yet
