There is an issue about resource villages that I find quite annoying.
1. The higher levels hog them
2. They are a main reason for war
3 The chance of them spawning is unlikely as more people start playing
4. They have too many troops
5. Many people threaten to take RVs in order to start a war
So the way to stop this is by joining an alliance that is strong, active, and have members with RVs.
Then, you have to ask them for coordinates and work together to capture them. Another way is to
explore and find players with no alliance or with a weak one and take their RV(s). You could also find wild un-captured ones.

I reckon the big alliances may get involved if you steal rv's from small alliances. If your unable to cap a un-owned rv then you probably don't deserve one.

I have not seen any UN-owned rv's I was told to go to the edge of the page and mark droves as rv's, but I don't know how to mark them. I have checked and don't see any options for doing it. Can anyone tell me how to do that?
And can anyone tell me how to send a mass attack?

Everyone that joins my alliance and wants RVs can easily get them. ( I always have max in Ice but they got massed in all kingdoms) I know a few tricks so I can get someone maxed in food RVs within 5 min. Another benefit to joining my alliance

This is the way it is supposed to be. If everyone had an Resource Village each, everyone would be happy and there'd be no war. The flow of the game requires it.
