I tried the 2-hander but nothing.... then again maybe I have to log in and out so the power will get updated. Jumping between castles does not update. I'll try again...

One wont increase power by 1 it would be a decimal increase.

I think you defenders give more power points then attackers, when i was recruiting a bunch of attackers maybe around 600 or so, my power points didn't increase much, but currently I'm recruiting halbs and longbows and only recruited a small amount so far but has increased my power points a more than the attackers did.
A park gives 8 PP btw

Power points define your power i.e -
1) Size and quality of your soldiers
2) Quality of your Equipment wore
3) Number of buildings in your castles depending on their level
4) Quality of your Heroes (Similar to Equipment)
(All known things which give power have been mentioned)
In this thread I will be pointing out the power given by each of the items - ( All the information is based on observation )
1. Equipment
In Equipment Type Power Points, it is the Power Points (PP) given by each type of equipment -
Note : Only the type of the equipment matters while giving Power and not the bonus given by the equipment - For Example - If a Ordinary equipment gives the bonus of 4% Range and another Ordinary gives you 6% Range, both will yield the same amount of power as they both are of the same quality.
The numbers :
One piece of -
1 Ordinary - 30 PP
2 Rare - 50 PP
3 Epic - 100 PP
4 Legendary - 200 PP
5 Unique - 1250 PP
2. Soldiers - (Need Help)
Soldier Type Power Points, is the PP given by the quality of your troops.
Noticed that recruitable do not give any Power Points, so the list starts with special troops
1 Sentinel of the Kingsguard - 3 PP
2 Scout of the Kingsguard - 3 PP
3 Knights of the Kingsguard - 5 PP
4 Crossbowman of the Kingsguard - 5 PP
5 Renegade Norseman Warrior - 4 PP
6 Renegade Norseman Bowman - 4 PP
7 Renegade Saber Warrior -
8 Renegade Desert Bowmen -
9 Renegade Cultist warrior - 5 PP
10 Renegade Cultist Bowman - 5 PP
11 Demon Horror - 8 PP
12 Deathly Horror - 8 PP
13 Marauders - 4 PP
14 Pyromaniac - 4 PP
15 Wolfhounds - 4 PP
16 Barbarians - 3 PP
17 Veteran Marauder - 6 PP
18 Veteran Pyromaniac - 6 PP
19 Knight of the Elite Guard -
20 Crossbowman of the Elite Guard -
21 Bear Bowman - 5 PP
22 Bear Warrior - 5 PP
23 Lion Bowman - 5 PP
24 Lion Warrior - 5 PP
25 Swashbuckler - 6 PP
26 Sail Ripper - 6 PP
27 Slingshot -
28 Khan Guard -
29 Saber Cleaver -
30 Lancer - 5 PP
31 Spear Thrower - 5 PP
32 Travelling Knight - 5 PP
33 Travelling Crossbowman - 5 PP
34 Demon Slayer - 7 PP
35 Assassin - 7 PP
36 Renegade Shark Tooth Warrior - 5 PP
37 Renegade Stone Smasher - 5 PP
38 Renegade Cave Hunter - 6 PP
39 Renegade Cave Smasher - 6 PP
40 Flame Bearer - 6 PP
41 Composite Bowman - 6 PP
If there are missing soldiers on the list, please PM me.
I need a bit of help here, because I couldn't get all of the soldiers on the list, so if you have them, please do check it for me so that I could fill the gaps.
3. Building list has not been added, since it might be too long and not important.
4. Hero type PP is similar to equipment type PP, the quality matters here :
1 Ordinary - 25 PP
2 Rare - 145 PP
3 Epic - ? PP
4 Legendary - ? PP
5 Unique - 250 PP
Hope you find it interesting and clears your doubt on this subject
And please do suggest this to your friends
And as always suggestion are welcome.

I noticed that recruitables like Crossbowmen and Macemen do give out power , but if in large quantities. My alliance leader attacked a guy with 600 of them , and he lost exactly 472 units , and his power dropped from 10130 to 9769.
I think they dont give power in small quantities , but if they are recruited in more quantities , their power increases

The pp for ordinary equipment is off by 10 pp it should be 20 not 30, I have double checked and triple checked it is 20 pp for ordinary equipment.
