Can anyone explain to me how a Lord can have bldgs/defence structures that according to the game are not even available to players of their level.
One has a castle worthy of L 40 yet is only a 20, another has moats which aren't available till L 37 yet is only a 32 ?

Are these outposts? Players can capture outposts that are of a higher level standing than themselves.
